As we adjust to new protocols and mandates, we are taking the necessary measures to ensure the safety and well-being of our team and clients.

Contra Costa County is now in the red tier. What does that mean for XFit Training? New schedule below will start Monday, March 22nd.

El Cerrito Location:
El Cerrito boot camps will continue to be outside.
During rain-outs at El Cerrito, we are permitted to use the community center inside with at 10 person limit, 12 feet apart from each other.

Pinole location:
1.HIIT Boot Camps and Spin Classes will continue to be OUTSIDE. When weather doesn't allow for outside classes, XFit will notify reserved members of two 30min classes inside with max. number of 5 participants in each class. Inside protocols must be followed and participants may take off masks when class is in session, but must wear masks before and after class. (5 A.M. indoor classes start April 5th)
2.Muscle Mass Boot Camps will be allowed INSIDE with a max. number of 3 participants. MASKS are REQUIRED during workout. Classes will remain at 50min.
3.Boxing and TRX classes will resume INSIDE with a max. number of 5 participants with 16ft from each other. Boxing and TRX participants may take off their masks when class is in session, but must wear masks before and after class.
Each Boxing and TRX class will be 30min in length to allow for more participants and cleaning of the gym (Please see Red Tier schedule below)
Boxing participants will have to bring their own boxing gloves to class (note: XFit has boxing equipment for sale)
Boxing participants are asked to show up early and wrap hands before the start of class.
4.Classes @ 5a.m. to follow! Stay tuned!
5.Everyone entering the Pinole location must scan their forehead with our non-touch temperature machine and answer a couple health questions upon entry.
6.KID and YOUTH classes will remain OUTSIDE. Saturdays only, our Lil Ninja Warrior Kids will be invited indoor with parent/guardians permission, to perform an obstacle course (note: a designated area will be available for parents to take pictures of their child(ren). Coaches and the Lil Ninja Warriors must wear masks as they complete the inside obstacle course.
