Contra Costa County is now in the orange tier. What does that mean for XFit Training?

El Cerrito Location:
El Cerrito boot camps will continue to be outside.
During rain-outs at El Cerrito, we are permitted to use the community center inside with at 15 person limit, 10 feet apart from each other.

Pinole location:
1.HIIT Boot Camps and Group Cycle Classes will continue to be OUTSIDE. When weather doesn't allow for outside classes, XFit will notify reserved members of inside classes inside with max. number of 10 participants in each class. Inside protocols must be followed and participants may take off masks when class is in session, but must wear masks before and after class.
2.Muscle Mass Boot Camps will be allowed INSIDE with a max. number of 6 participants. MASKS are REQUIRED during workout. Classes will remain at 50min.
3.Boxing and TRX classes will resume INSIDE with a max. number of 10 participants with 8ft from each other (XFit will have partitions available for individual use.) Boxing and TRX participants may take off their masks when class is in session, but must wear masks before and after class.
Each Boxing and TRX class will be 50min in length to allow for more participants and cleaning of the gym
Boxing participants will have to bring their own boxing gloves to class (note: XFit has boxing equipment for sale)
Boxing participants are asked to show up early and wrap hands before the start of class.
4. Everyone entering the Pinole location must scan their forehead with our non-touch temperature machine and answer a couple health questions upon entry.
5. KID and YOUTH classes will remain OUTSIDE. Saturdays only, our Lil Ninja Warrior Kids will be invited indoor with parent/guardians permission, to perform an obstacle course (note: a designated area will be available for parents to take pictures of their child(ren). Coaches and the Lil Ninja Warriors must wear masks as they complete the inside obstacle course.
