INTRO TO BOOT CAMP: Intro to X-Fit Boot Camp is back on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm starting Tuesday, January 5th. Intro to X-Fit Boot Camp is a 25min workout that slows down the process of boot camp to help the student learn proper form and get ready for the 50min boot camp classes. Perfect for the beginner and great to help any person overcome a plateau. Learn all the moves the right way and see the results fast.
