ASSUMPTION OF RISK/LIABILITY WAIVER: The receipt of any services rendered and instructions naturally involve the risk of personal bodily injury to you whether you or someone else causes it. You hereby agree to assume all risks of personal, bodily, or physical injury or damages that you may sustain from any cause whatsoever as a result arising out of (1) At any areas within California limits where services by Joe Ruiz(and affiliates) are rendered. (2) Instruction/use of any equipment supplied by Joe Ruiz (and affiliates). (3) Services and instruction received by you. You hereby release, waive and discharge Joe Ruiz (and affiliates) from all liability to you, your heirs, executors, estates, next of kin, trustees, and administrators for any loss or damage, and any claim or demands therefore, on account of injury to you or property or resulting in your death, whether caused by negligence of the releases or otherwise, while the undersigned is in, upon the premises owned and/or operated by Joe Ruiz (and affiliates), and/or while observing or using any facilities or equipment, participating in activities or classes, providing and/or receiving training or instruction, or otherwise undertaking or participating in any way in any activity or event of Joe Ruiz (and affiliates). Client agrees that the foregoing release and waiver of claims and liability is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the state of California and that if any portion thereof is held valid, it is agreed that the balance shall, not withstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.

*Agree that photographs, pictures, slides, movies, or videos of me may be taken in connection with my participation in Joe Ruiz(and affiliates) programs or related activity without compensation from Joe Ruiz(and affiliates), and consent to the use of these photographs, pictures, slides, movies, or videos for any legal purpose. This agreement is irrevocable.
